It is with great sadness that we heard last week of the death of Her Majesty The Queen.  We pay tribute to the life and service of Her Majesty and join the nation in sending our deepest condolences to the Royal Family at this sad time. We have now entered a period of national mourning and this will continue until the end of the State Funeral.

The official date of the State Funeral is Monday 19^th  September 2022. This day will be a Bank Holiday and the school will be closed as a mark of respect.

The school will then re-open on Tuesday 20^th September following the end of the official period of mourning.
