Reading at Home!

Each Friday, pupils will be given a home reading book. Please return book bags every Wednesday to allow us time to change their home reading books ready for Friday.

Please support your child's progress by listening to them read at home. Once they have read please complete their home reading log so that we know that the book has been read.

As well as their home reading book, please encourage your child to read on Giglets.

Super Spellings

Each Monday, pupils will be given a list of spellings to learn and be tested on the following Monday. Please see our 'Spelling Menu' below to help your child learn their spellings.

Pupils can also practice their spelling on J2Blast which they can access through their Hwb.

If you have misplaced your child's spelling list. Please see below for electronic versions! If you are unsure on which list your child has been given, please private message your child's Class Teacher via Class Dojo!

Times Tables Rockstars!

What is Times Tables Rockstars? TTRS is a carefully sequenced programme of daily times tables practice. This format has very successfully boosted times tables recall speed for many of our pupils. Why not encourage your child to log in and play for at least 10 minutes a day?

You can find your child's log in details on their ICT passport.
