At Oakfield, we follow the Nelson Handwriting Scheme, which provides a clear, practical framework for implementing and developing a whole-school handwriting policy. Pupils are encouraged to explore different styles of handwriting and develop their own style.

We also supplement with additional resources to support our pupils, and provide a range of choices for their developing handwriting style.
